We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to a transformative healthcare navigation platform.

This project connects people with the best care when they need it most—delivering high-quality, cost-effective specialty care through a nationwide network of top providers.

You'll be part of a mission-driven team helping millions of members access surgery, cancer care, infusions, and more, all while supported by dedicated care advocates and nurses.If you're passionate about building secure, scalable software that improves lives, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust backend services using.NET (C#), with a strong focus on security, performance, and HIPAA compliance.Build and maintainRESTful APIs for integration with internal applications, third-party services, and mobile platforms.Develop intuitive, responsive frontends usingAngular orReact, tailored to both care advocates and patient-facing experiences.Leveragecloud platforms likeAzure (and optionally AWS) to build scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services (e.g., functions, queues, storage, managed databases).

Contribute to the architecture and maintenance ofCI / CD pipelines using tools likeAzure DevOps orGitHub Actions.Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, clinicians, compliance, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.Participate in system design discussions, peer code reviews, and agile sprint planning.Contribute to internal documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

A Master's degree is a plus.7+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in.NET Core,C#,TypeScript, andAngular orReact.Proven experience building secure and scalableREST APIs.Solid experience with relational databases such asMicrosoft SQL,PostgreSQL, orMySQL.Familiarity withunit testing frameworks likexUnit,Jest, orMoq.Experience withOAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.Hands-on experience withCI / CD pipelines and tools likeAzure DevOps orGitHub Actions.Strong understanding ofcloud platforms, especiallyMicrosoft Azure.Experience working in the healthcare industry.Experience withInfrastructure as Code tools such asTerraform orBicep.A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Experience working inAgile / Scrum environments.Choose your contract : Contract(1099) or B2B / C2C,Unlimited working-from-anywhere policy,Referral Bonuses,Working on international projectsOur valuesWe are a company that seeks the best for both our employees and clients, reaching beyond expectations in turning dreams into reality.
