Strong experience withEKS / Kubernetesin production

Deep hands-on knowledge ofMongoDB & Atlas(scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting)

Proficiency inPython and / or Go

Fluent inPortuguese + English

Solid DevOps / SRE principles & real-world troubleshooting abilityNice-to-Have Skills

MERN stack exposure (Mongo, Express, React, Node)

Infrastructure-as-Code withTerraform

Monitoring & Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, Loki

Experience debuggingdatabase contention / concurrencyat scaleWhat You'll Do

Design and optimize architectures for reliability and scalability
