The Senior SAP Consultant will utilize their extensive knowledge in SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and / or Financial Accounting (FI) to implement and troubleshoot Sovos software products for clients in Europe, Latin American and the United States.

To be successful, the Senior Solutions Engineer will need to fully understand the governmental reporting requirements for each country and Sovos product they work with (example : Spain SII for VAT tax reporting).

The Senior Solutions Engineer is a key project resource and may be asked to act as team leader for Sovos for campaigns such as rollouts, releases, migrations, special projects, etc.

The Senior Solution Engineer also contributes to the Support Team by acting as an expert maximizing the solutions for clients and associates that will contribute to a successful overall client experience.More Specifically, You WillUse knowledge of clients SAP configuration to create design documents, detailing the configuration and customization requirements needed to provide clients with expected resultsParticipate in product testing, identifying any omissions or gaps in the initial implementation build and working with other Sovos resources to correct all known issuesLead clients through user acceptance testing, troubleshooting any issues foundAssist clients during go-live and stabilization phases of the projectProvide technical support and guidance to Sovos Clients and Support associatesUtilize extensive product / process experience to troubleshoot issuesWorking knowledge of SAP MM, SD or FITechnical experience with on premise, hosted and cloud based systemsContinually enhance knowledge and skills relating to new / existing / future products and rollouts as well as emerging technology to increase proficiency in a technical capacityAccurate and timely communication and executing rollouts / releases / patches to clientsTake full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfactionWhat We Need From You5+ years of SAP experiencSAP Module Specialist : MM, SD or FIFluent in English and SpanishExcellent time management & multi-tasking skills.
