Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager at Mosaic Puzzles. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. They will also be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

Role Responsibilities

• Run and oversee project management and program management functions across the entire company
• Manage business operations internal to the organization
• Manage trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
• Travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events
• Run annual and quarterly planning for the company
• Set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines
• Determine departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting
