OverviewPosition : Business Development Manager Brazil (FX industry)Location : Remote within BrazilEmployment type : Full-timeRemuneration : base salaryDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet partner needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives.Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.REQUIREMENTSNative or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
As well as proficiency in English (B2).
