In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining / qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential solutions based on client requirements are key functions to this role.

The candidate will have experience with Directors and C-level contacts.You must have the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium, and enterprise organizations.You must implement a sales approach that is adaptable to the client prerequisites as well as supporting business opportunities at hand.You must have the ability to work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives.A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated as a means of tracking growth, performance and overall territory strategy.

The candidate will serve as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, our partners and customers.A full understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services is required.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProspecting for new business and upgrading existing clientsBuild a robust pipeline of qualified opportunitiesComplete customer requirements analysisIdentify pain points for all prospects and accountsCommunicate with technology partnersObtain and exceed assigned quotaPrepare and update business planProficient understanding and utilization of sales reportingManage your territoryFollow described fulfillment processesEnsure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service ordersProvide product / services demonstrations and presentations on-line / on premiseOversee proper implementation and 'hand-off' of client from sales to servicesEnsure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledgeEffectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals / Information (RFQ / P / I)Attend and successfully complete training requirementsRequired sales and technical knowledgeCloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, Telecommunications, Development, Productivity Solutions, Business Intelligence, Digital Identity, Big Data, Data Storage, Data Center, Data Security, Data Center Migration, IT Infrastructure Modernization Network Monitoring & Infrastructure Management, Point of Sale, Scanning & Barcoding, Enterprise Resource Planning, Global Support Services, Mobility and more...Required Qualifications : Valid PassportNative and fluent English-speaking languagesValid driver's license and reliable transportationMinimum of five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight our solutions and servicesMinimum of five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new salesMinimum of five years of experience senior leadership and C-Level relationship buildingUnderstanding of sales skills and techniquesComplex solution sellingAbility to achieve high sales volumesMinimum of four recent Sales / Technical CertificationsBusiness Development / Pre-Sales (Sales and Technical)Ability to perform without direct supervisionProvide professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levelsExcellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levelsCommission Programs : Solutions CommissionsServices CommissionsProduct CommissionsRenewal CommissionsProfessional Services CommissionsBenefits SummaryOmni Business Solutions offers a competitive benefits program, designed to help employees & consultants build a solid financial foundation for meeting a diverse range of needs - health care, income protection, retirement security, personal interests and rewards.
