Strategy & Planning Program Manager

About the Role

As a Program Manager on the Strategy and Planning team for LATAM, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting our regional tech strategy. You’ll collaborate with both regional and global teams across different areas of the business to turn ideas into action — driving impact and improving the way we serve our customers.

In this role, you’ll help bring complex global projects to life in the LATAM region, making sure they align with local priorities and removing any roadblocks along the way. You’ll be the connector who brings the right people together, keeps everyone moving in the same direction, and ensures we deliver smart, effective solutions that make a difference.

We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, very comfortable with data and analysis, and passionate about solving problems. If you enjoy working across teams, thrive in dynamic environments, and know how to build strong relationships, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What you will do :

• Design and implement smart tech solutions that support customer service strategies across Latin America, using data to guide decisions
• Lead initiatives to improve the tools and technologies our customer-facing teams use, working closely with regional and global partners
• Use both data and user feedback to understand support needs and turn those insights into meaningful technology improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully launch complex global projects in the region — keeping efforts aligned, prioritized, and on track
• Dive deep into challenges to find root causes and propose clear, actionable solutions
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional and global teams — including CX, GSO, GDX, Engineering, and CO — to drive collaboration and shared success
