Responsibilities

  • Responsible for OPPO Brazil's digital integrated marketing planning and execution, ensuring significant growth in exposure, engagement, fan base, reputation, and high-quality content through campaigns.
  • Incorporate localized audience insights, strategic planning, and execution into OPPO's new product project, brand campaigns, and big promotions, and into routine marketing activities, achieving notable data growth and positive feedback in the competitive market.
  • Possess local Brazilian marketing resources, including partnerships with brands, event organizers and resources, and influencers resources, to effectively leverage OPPO's target audience, with a proven track record of successful local marketing campaigns. Possession of football and sports marketing resources is preferred.
  • Periodically develop systematic marketing strategies and insights for the Brazilian market, producing actionable user insight reports and feasible campaign plans that deliver measurable results in specific projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced / Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • MBA in a related field.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or overseas teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media content planning, and the plan and management of viral content for influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in overseas marketing planning or integrated marketing in Brazil, preferably with a background in large consumer electronics companies and experience of successful cases.
  • Ability to develop integrated marketing plans, with project management experience, risk management skills, and a results-driven, data-oriented mindset.
  • Keen market insight and analytical skills, user empathy, and familiarity with trending and cutting-edge online marketing cases.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and coordination skills, with extensive team project management experience, a collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and high stress tolerance.
