Team Overview :

The Strategy & Planning team supports and enables the business strategies 99Pay (Fintech of 99 group).

They work closely with the different business leaders (e.g.

Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, etc.)

to analyze markets, player trends, and business models, and offer recommendations plans for critical business decisions to top management.

Role Responsibilities :

• In-depth country-level market analysis, including regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape, and customer / product insight
• Playing an important role in guiding the business leaders and teams to build up a deep, holistic, and data-oriented understanding of 99's own Fintech products and services
• Supporting international team and leaders in understanding the market, players, features, and business models of the Fintech ecosystem on key initiatives
• Leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Fintech Business in Brazil (Strategic projects)
