Hr Generalist

LaFinteca is looking for an HR Generalist to help build our Brazilian team and bring our company's values and vision to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for various roles (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Financial departments, etc.)
• Coordinate and enhance onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and understand company values, culture, and expectations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the Brazilian market, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Your profile
• At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR fundamentals and best practices.
• Native Portuguese speaker with professional proficiency in English (C1).
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle a variety of HR challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee records and recruitment processes.
