• Be the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot issues and provide thoughtful, timely solutions
• Guide clients through our trading platforms with clarity
• Handle onboarding and account support
• Collaborate across teams to elevate client feedback
• Follow up on service concerns and log product issues
• Offer proactive support , not just reactive answers
