We're seeking for a Class / Program Coordinator to support our online BSc and MSc programs. Work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality .
Your Role :
- Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
- Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
- Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
- Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.

- Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
- Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
- Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Ideal Candidate :
Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.What's in it for You :
