Join OPIT - Open Institute of Technology , an EU-accredited Higher Education Institution revolutionizing computer science education. We offer modern, competence-based, online BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Digital Business all taught in English.

We're seeking for a Class / Program Coordinator to support our online BSc and MSc programs. Work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality .

Your Role :

  • Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
  • Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.

  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
