About The Role

The Finance team is the backbone of our business. Beyond internal accounting, they support strategic decisions and growth opportunities. We are looking for an enthusiastic Treasury Manager to support our capital activities as we expand.

You will assess our capital and liquidity positions, manage market risks such as FX, interest rates, and credit, and own treasury procedures, collaborating with Technology teams to enhance reporting processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting capital planning and management within the Treasury team
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory capital requirements
• Analyzing and optimizing capital structure and resource allocation
• Preparing reports and presentations on capital adequacy for senior management
• Performing capital forecasts and ongoing adequacy assessments
• Assessing regulatory and market impacts on capital strategy
• Coordinating reporting to regulators and stakeholders
