Tenders And Contracts Analyst

The Bid Analyst will be responsible for analyzing public tender documents, preparing proposals, and participating in electronic bidding processes, while monitoring all stages of the bidding process through to completion.

This role also includes managing public and private contracts, overseeing adjustments and renewals, and negotiating contract clauses.

The Analyst will collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and adherence to company policies.Key Responsibilities : Thoroughly analyze tender documents to identify and assess risks associated with bidding processes and propose effective mitigation strategies.Prepare proposals, ensuring full compliance with all requirements specified in the tender documents.Issue and maintain all applicable documentation related to Bids and Contracts.Actively participate in bidding processes, including operating online auctions, ensuring representation in line with company interests.Draft clarifications, objections, and appeals with the support of technical and legal teams.Oversee the entire contract management process, from request by the Commercial Management team to finalization or termination, including the supervision of contract drafts and amendments.

Maintain constant interaction with the legal team to ensure legal compliance and policy adherence.Manage contracts using specialized software.Participate in contract negotiations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Mediating and negotiating contract clauses, identifying and minimizing potential risks.Control deadlines, price adjustments, and maintain accurate records, ensuring proper document storage for audit purposes.Monitor relevant legislative changes and adapt contracts as necessary.Skills and Competencies : Verbal Communication : Ability to express ideas and information clearly and assertively.Analytical Skills : Aptitude for evaluating and interpreting data with precision.Planning and Organization : Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently.Discipline : Commitment to meeting deadlines and completing tasks with rigor.Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.Diplomacy : Skill in mediating and resolving conflicts while maintaining professional relationships.Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.Interpersonal Skills : Capacity to engage constructively with colleagues and stakeholders.Negotiation : Experience negotiating with public agencies, auctioneers, or bidding committees.Entrepreneurial Thinking : Ability to identify and seize business opportunities.Emotional Resilience : Capacity to remain calm and decisive during price disputes, whether electronic or in-person.Minimum Knowledge and Experience Required : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields, particularly those related to Quality or Healthcare.

English : Desirable but not mandatory.Experience : At least 5 years of experience in the bidding sector.

Contract management knowledge is a plus.Specific Legislation : In-depth understanding of relevant bidding laws, including specific norms and regulations.Procurement Governance : Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in bidding processes.
