• Job Description
• Perform full-set account, and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Supervises the completion of reporting requirements to HQ
• Perform reconciliation for intercompany account, bank balances, trade receivable and trade payable balances.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transaction and documents in compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders such as customers, suppliers to ensure collections and payments are performed accurate and timely.
• Treasury function - Monitoring of cashflow and coordination with Banks to ensure repatriation of funds to HQ is performed timely.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
• Qualifications and Attributes
• Degree in Accounting / Finance with minimum 3 years of related experience in area of financial reporting for a small to mid-tier company.
• A self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and cross-cultural fluency.
• Advantages : Experience with any accounting software.
• Advantages : Experience with working / collaborating with multiple internal / external stakeholders
• Must have
