Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Litigation Lawyer to join our Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both strategic litigation (high-impact judicial and regulatory disputes) and mass litigation (consumer claims and administrative proceedings), ensuring alignment with internal priorities and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and payments, with deep knowledge of the legal framework applicable to fintechs, payment institutions, and financial institutions regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should be a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience handling litigation in-house or at a reputable law firm, with strong knowledge of Brazilian financial regulation, especially regarding payment institutions, financial institutions, and related fintech business models.

The candidate must speak fluent English, enjoy working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment, show excellent legal and commercial judgment, be a good team player, and be highly efficient and hardworking.
