PayPal is seeking a high caliber, experienced and energetic attorney to join PayPal's Brazil Legal team.

Working closely with legal colleagues who support PayPal in more than 200 markets around the world, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal and regulatory support to business leaders and other internal clients, especially in the context of payment services in Brazil.

• Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and support to PayPal Brazil's business leaders and other internal clients on relevant payment / financial laws and regulations, existing client relationships, business development activities, marketing initiatives, and development and launch of new products and services.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Develop holistic understanding of various initiatives to identify and issue spot potential gaps across the enterprise.

In doing so, build relationships and collaborate with various organizations across PayPal, including the Sales / Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Treasury and Compliance teams.
