Why Join Us Work on a product used by real doctors and patients daily Join a small, fast-moving team where your decisions have immediate impact Remote-first with async culture and flexible hours Backed by top angels and health-tech veterans Build for real-world problems in a $4T industry What You'll Do Own full-stack development of core features across acquisition, scheduling, campaigns, and referrals Help scale our Smart Patient Profiles system and backend event engine Contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and infra reliability Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to ship features end-to-end Help us keep a high code quality bar and improve our CI / CD workflows What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience building scalable web applications Deep expertise in React + Next.Js (frontend) and Python (backend) Experience with AWS services , Docker, and modern DevOps tooling Strong product sense and ability to make technical tradeoffs Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment with high velocity Bonus : Experience in healthcare, HIPAA compliance, or machine learning pipelines
