Job Offer : Business Development (Experience in Oncology / Pharmaceutical Sector)

Are you an experienced professional with a background in Marketing or Product Management within the Oncology field of the Pharmaceutical industry? Do you have a strong passion for driving business growth and innovation? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Business Development team.

Location : Sao Pablo Brasil – On-site 100% (Monday to Friday)

Language Requirement : High level of English proficiency

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partners in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, and sales) to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Support the negotiation and closure of new business deals, partnerships, and collaborations.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Marketing and / or Product Management in the Oncology sector within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics, specifically in Oncology.
  • Previous exposure to Business Development functions is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (advanced level).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
