Reporting to : GM of Direct Sales, Brazil Branch & Global Sales Head- Heavy Truck BU
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop and implement Brazil-focused marketing strategies encompassing market analysis, product positioning, pricing architecture, channel development, and promotional campaigns
- Establish clear sales targets and market governance frameworks aligned with corporate global strategy
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitors through SWOT and PESTLE methodologies
- Lead industry trend monitoring using ANFAVEA / SINDIPEÇAS market data and Statista reports
- Deliver monthly market share analysis with actionable insights for leadership team
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking pricing movements, product launches, and regulatory changes
Product Localization Leadership
Drive product adaptation projects addressing Brazilian market requirements :Oversee prototype development and INMETRO certification processesOptimize product configurations for regional needsCollaborate with R&D on new product development (NPD) and existing product improvement initiativesCommercial Activation Management
Direct B2B marketing activities including :Annual participation in FENATRAN (Latin America's largest commercial vehicle expo)Key account acquisition programs for fleet operators and dealership networksVIP customer immersion experiences and technical workshopsDevelop localized promotional toolkits for field teamsRequirements
Core Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering or related fieldLanguage : Native Portuguese + Business English5+ years' commercial leadership experience in :Heavy trucks / construction machineryTurnaround of underperforming marketsProven success in 0→1 market creationDeep knowledge of Brazil's CV distribution networksEstablished relationships with fleet operators / dealershipsPreferred Experience
