About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead production support and enhancement initiatives for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating Agile processes, managing releases, gathering business requirements, and providing subject matter expertise in Workday configuration .

This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead release activities , including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and prioritization meetings.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations .
• Manage project and resource planning activities to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Perform business analysis — gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and fixes.
• Act as a Workday configuration SME , supporting system changes and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
