Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstrations

  • Lead and participate in sales meetings and live demo calls, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Success.ai's AI-powered platform.
  • Conduct approximately 150 inbound demos monthly and 8–10 new client demos daily, customizing each presentation to address individual business needs and goals.

2. Client Engagement

  • Proactively connect with prospective clients to understand their challenges, sales workflows, and growth objectives.
  • Present Success.ai as the ideal solution to optimize their lead generation, outreach automation, and conversion rates.
  • 3. Follow-Up and Relationship Management

  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication post-demo.
  • Respond to questions, provide tailored information, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline with a consultative approach.
  • 4. Deal Closing

  • Confidently guide clients through the purchasing process to finalize agreements.
  • Ensure a full understanding of Success.ai’s offerings and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
  • 5. Sales Tracking and Reporting

  • Accurately document all interactions and client updates in our CRM system.
  • Analyze performance trends and share feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation tools used in modern sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and demo presentation skills.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of demos and client conversations daily.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative solutions and SaaS platforms.
  • Compensation

  • Base of 1000-1500 USD / Monthly + uncapped commission.
  • High-earning commission structure with performance-based incentives.

  • Skilled in identifying customer pain points and aligning them with innovative solutions.

  • An intro video of 2-3 minutes is required to pre-screen and qualify.
