• Create a data-connected ecosystem that integrates various data sources to provide comprehensive insights for trade promotion optimization.
• Stablish and promote best practices for data management, analytics, and trade promotion strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Translate both functional and non-functional requirements into a cohesive, end-to-end data-driven trade optimization architecture.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and technical constraints.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of the TPO system and best practices.
