The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system operation status and recording indicators through a web interface.Main Responsibilities : Monitor and record system operation status and indicators through a user-friendly interface.Investigate site anomalies, escalating issues to the maintenance team when necessary.Provide prompt technical support to specialists and users within the designated time frame.Requirements : A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
