Right Rudder Marketing is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. This is a remote, full-time role (9AM–5PM Central Time). We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; or hands-on experience with web development and design. Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain SEO-optimized websites for flight school clients
• Collaborate with account managers and the Marketing team to implement updates and new features
• Develop additional landing pages, forms, and blog / webinar layouts
• Track, analyze, and report on website performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve UX / UI
• Manage deployments and troubleshoot technical issues with other developers
• Use GHL CRM to build and embed forms, integrating with websites via APIs or webhooks
• Contribute to research and development projects that drive innovation
• Participate in daily team meetings and provide progress updates
