At the core of every successful business lies a sales director who can connect people and create meaningful experiences.

This is a unique opportunity for a visionary professional who thrives on challenges, inspires high-performing teams, and builds long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, clients, and investors.Sales LeadershipThis role involves strategic planning and execution of commercial strategies to elevate commercial performance and strengthen market presence.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for leadership and management of high-performing sales teams, including training, coaching, and development.

Your expertise in business development and account management will drive revenue growth and client acquisition.

Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to implementing marketing and sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business results.Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and investors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and sales initiatives.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.Fluency in English is essential (both written and spoken).

Experience in Sales leadership roles within the industry, preferably in international businesses.Proven track record of driving commercial results, managing P&L structures, and leading high-performing sales teams.Strong background in strategic account management, business development, and multichannel sales strategy.
