Job Responsibilities :

• Design multi-page editorial layouts for books, magazines, and annual reports of 40+ pages using InDesign
• Prepare print-ready files suitable for hardcover book and magazine production
• Collaborate closely with writers and editors to develop content structure and pacing
• Ensure consistent and visually engaging layout design aligned with editorial standards
• Manage file preparation and proofing processes to meet production deadlines
• Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to refine design elements
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the editorial design process
