Role Overview :

We are seeking an experiencedWorkday Certified Project Manager / Business Analystto supportproduction support and enhancement initiatives .

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinaterelease work ,Agile ceremonies , andprioritization stand-ups .

Prepareproject presentations ,resource plans , andschedules .

Performbusiness analysis : gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.

Conductdata analysisand translate findings into actionable insights.

Act as aWorkday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME)to support production and enhancement needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Workday Certificationismandatory .

Minimum5+ yearsof relevant experience in Workday environments.

Proven track record inproject managementandbusiness analysiswithin HR or ERP systems.

Strong understanding ofWorkday configuration, modules, and functional workflows .

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Experience working inAgile / Scrumenvironments preferred.
