Were hiring a M365 Administrator  to help manage maintain and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystemincluding Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive Intune Power Platform and Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions.

Youll play a key role in ensuring our environment is not only scalable and productive but also aligned with industryspecific compliance  requirements.

What Youll Do :

  • Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive and Intune.
  • Support a globally distributed environment with a focus on users across the AMER region.
  • Ensure the Microsoft 365 environment remains secure and compliant with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues (Level 2 / 3 supportnot enduser helpdesk).
  • Work closely with global IT teams managing Entra ID / Azure AD infrastructure and identity lifecycle.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement using Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps).
  • Maintain documentation on policies configurations and support processes.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Microsoft 365 features and assess potential benefits for the organization.
  • Participate in internal IT projects related to M365 modernization and compliance.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

  • Fluent in Spanish and English  (Portuguese is a strong plus)
  • Based in South or Central America able to work 100 remotely
  • Logical analytical and always ready to learn something new!
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team
  • 15 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration (but were open to ambitious earlycareer professionals too)
  • Good communication skills and a customerservice mindset

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric  and Power BI
  • Microsoft Defender Entra Conditional Access and Compliance tools
  • SharePoint site architecture and permissions management
  • Azure AD / Entra ID and identity governance
  • Device management through Intune
  • Familiarity with Part 11 EMA and GxP compliance requirements
