Our goal is to build amazing solutions for our clients, and ensuring a quality experience is a crucial part of how we deliver on that promise.ResponsibilitiesConfidently deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation, applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes.Definite test strategies according to each client and business needs.Create and write test plans, defining how tests will be structured and communicated.Work closely with clientsHave professional test engineering experience— we're thinking at least 5 yearsApply various types of testing methodologies and work collaboratively on implementationHelp mentor and coach a project team towards shared goals and outcomesNavigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams and clientsYou'll identify obstacles to ensure quality, improve our user experience and how we build testsSelf-aware of limitations, yet curious to learn new solutions while being receptive to constructive feedback from teammatesYou'll guide your team to understand and work through changing priorities by bringing positive energyCommunicate and simplify complex problems in order to foster understanding across multidisciplinary teamsApply your knowledge and findings at an organizational scaleQualifications+ 7 years of experience with testing methodologies and implementationRelevant communication of testing approach and decisions to clients and teammatesProfessional programming experienceExperience architecting robust automated testing suites across different platformsExperience using Cypress.io, TestCafe, Selenium, native mobile test frameworks for iOS or Android.Advocate of SDLC processesEmbody a growth mindset and are committed to continuously learning new technologies and honing your craftExperience recommending test solutions for a particular platform's problemInspire others to write code that is durable, secure, scalable, always up and runningHave experience sharing knowledge with teammates through mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming sessionsHave strong debugging and troubleshooting skillsHave worked with relational and / or NoSQL databases.Preferred QualificationsExperience testing for accessibility with tools such as screen readers and an appreciation for inclusive and accessible UI implementationsExperience writing and executing tests for SEO, or AnalyticsFamiliarity with CI / CD (e.g.
