Descrição da vagaBe the point of contact in Slack and email for client updates and check-ins Set expectations, hold timelines, and respond to blockers or issues Deliver updates via Slack, Loom, or email to keep communication proactive Handle full Onboarding. Google Business Profile access, setup, and optimization Lead LSA setup : gather requirements, submit info, monitor status, and troubleshoot Execute SearchAtlas tasks : integrations, tasks according to SOPs, schedule deliverables, monitor progress, and QA outputs Input data into AI templates (Claude) for sitemaps, ICPs, copy, and tracking An understanding of SEO—specifically on a project management basis—is a major plus. Experience with Search Atlas or similar SEO tools also a huge advantage. Build, refine, and enforce SOPs across onboarding, LSA, SEO, and project management Maintain ClickUp templates, Claude folders, and Google Drive systems Ensure all tasks follow a scalable, repeatable process — and help improve it as we grow Building end-to-end workflows, not just managing tasks, but architecting spaces, folders, and automations for agency ops (project intake, creative approvals, inbound tickets, recurring QA checklists, etc.). Setting up, customizing, and automating dashboards for real-time team performance, client progress, and KPI tracking—using custom fields, formulas, integrations, and advanced automations (Zapier, Make, webhooks, etc.), not just default views. Implementing logic-based automation (task assignments, dependencies, reminders, status changes) that eliminate manual work and enforce processes. Troubleshooting and building project templates that actually drive adherence—not “just use the default template” thinking. Must have recent experience in managing fast-growing teams in digital agencies. Must have advanced ClickUp capability and be the single point of truth and accountability for all things ClickUp—owner, architect, and enforcer. Proven ClickUp + Slack skills (this is your command center) Strong follow-through and communication — you stay on top of details Experience with Google LSA setup , GBP , and basic SEO workflows Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote team Fluent in written English with strong documentation skills Experience with SearchAtlas or similar SEO platforms Webflow familiarity (for helping QA builds) Comfortable using Claude / ChatGPT to create SOPs, briefs, or client docs Prior work in a digital agency, marketing ops, or local service business Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Role Overview :
This role is a hybrid between Project Manager / ClickUp Expert and Fulfillment Specialist — you’ll lead communication, manage timelines, and own execution on our core services , including Google Business Profile (GBP), LSA setup, and SearchAtlas SEO tasks. You’ll be the heartbeat of delivery and work closely with our designers, SEO tools, and ad systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Project + Account Management
- Run all project tracking inside ClickUp : templates, statuses, timelines, QA
- Keep 5–10 active clients on track — coordinating copy, design, SEO, and approvals
- Follow up relentlessly to gather missing items from clients and internal team
- Maintain clear documentation and visibility across all deliverables
Client Communication
Fulfillment – GBP, LSA & SearchAtlas SEO
SOP + System Improvement
ClickUp Expert
