The role of Data and Consumer Insights Analyst Sales Strategy is a dynamic position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Develop sales strategies using data insights to drive growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Create and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards aligned with business priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Train the sales team on best practices, provide resources and support to improve productivity.
  • Lead performance tracking and reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce industry analysis and business insights independently.
  • Proficient in handling large data sets and generating executive reports.
  • High initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital media, technology, or platform-based companies.
  • CRM systems, sales automation, and data visualization tool expertise (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
