Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (LATAM) — Brazil : BRL 69,996

Join a fast-growing, product-led tech company as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and help scale high-impact teams across LATAM.

You'll own strategic, full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions, acting as a consultative partner to leaders while crafting an exceptional candidate experience.Location : Remote within Peru, Mexico, or Brazil

What you'll do

Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAM

Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomes

Proactively source using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build strong, diverse pipelines

Translate talent market research into strategy (competitors, compensation, availability)

Own candidate experience with timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow

Use AI and recruiting tech to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnel

Contribute to continuous improvement (DEI initiatives, interview calibration, talent analytics)

What you'll bring

5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally across Engineering, Product, and GTM

Proven success hiring in LATAM and advising senior stakeholders with data-driven insights

Fluent English and Spanish; expert stakeholder management and candidate engagement

Strong sourcing chops with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern TA tech; ATS proficiency (Workday a plus)

High ownership, great judgment, and comfort running multiple searches independently

Nice to have

Portuguese proficiency

Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-driven environments

Familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms and talent analytics
