The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and close deals.This role requires : Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on prospective clients.Present and sell company products / services to new customers.Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.Meet or exceed weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs.Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively.We offer competitive base salary plus commission / bonus structure, professional growth opportunities, ongoing training and sales development.
