About the Role

We are supporting one of our clients in the search for an experienced Service Deployment Program Manager to lead the implementation of complex technology platforms in on-premises environments.

This professional will oversee all phases of service delivery — from planning and coordination to testing and deployment — ensuring successful integration and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Deployment Projects : Manage end-to-end platform deployments in on-premises environments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Service Delivery Management : Oversee all aspects of service delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• RACI Development : Define roles and responsibilities across stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project.
• Network Design & Documentation : Create detailed network diagrams and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Testing & Validation : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering performance, functionality, and security.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and technical teams, maintaining transparent communication and progress tracking.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and ensure smooth execution of deployments.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement : Maintain detailed documentation and propose process enhancements for future projects.
