We're seeking a highly skilled and visionary Visualization Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

This role requires deep expertise in DAX coding, data modeling, and visualization best practices to transform complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

With a passion for data-driven solutions, this leader will oversee the integration of Snowflake and advanced reporting and self-service technologies, enhancing our capabilities to connect with and serve our clients effectively.

In This Role, You Will

Architect and implement scalable Business Intelligence Visualization solutions that meet business requirements and performance standards.

Design and develop advanced DAX measures and calculated columns to support complex analytical needs.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand data sources and reporting requirements.

Establish and enforce visualization standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.

Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance, usability, and scalability.

Lead the migration of legacy reports to Power BI, ensuring data integrity and improved user experience.

Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts on Power BI and DAX techniques.

Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Experience & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Visualization development, including dashboard creation and data modeling.

Expert-level proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language).

Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling.

Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management, dataflows, and deployment pipelines.

Familiarity with Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.

Experience in Commercial and Supply Chain domains.

Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Database).

Strong experience with Snowflake, including writing efficient SQL queries and managing data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., DA-100 or PL-300).

Experience with Business Intelligence in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
