About The Role : YipitData seeks a proactive, analytically minded
Sales Engineer with
provide our clients with operational and quantitative development support
, enabling them to utilize and evaluate YipitData’s data feeds effectively.
We expect East Coast work hours.
As Our Sales Engineer, You Will : Provide
operational support
during client onboarding, with a strong focus on the setup, configuration, and integration of complex data feeds (40% daily focus). Partner closely with Sales to
drive product adoption by delivering demonstrations, analyses, and explanations of complex data feeds to clients. Address
client queries and maintain strong relationships
by ensuring our data solutions align closely with clients’ investment strategies. Develop
quantitative documentation, scripts, and use-case
examples to facilitate client evaluations, integrations, and ongoing data usage (60% daily focus). Collaborate with Product to improve product features based on client feedback.
You Are Likely To Succeed If : Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or finance-related field. Experience in
financial markets (Nice to have)
; excellent
client-facing
communication skills. Experience working with
US clients
is highly preferred Proficiency in Python (preferred), SQL, Databricks (preferred), Jupyter, and AWS (Knowledge focused on answering clients’ questions).
