Job Title : ServiceNow ITOM Consultant / Developer

Location : Brazil- Sao Paulo or Curitiba (Hybrid- 3 days Onsite)

Employment Type : Full Time

Role Overview :

The ITOM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Operations Management solutions using ServiceNow. This role supports transformation programs for clients such as Petrobras and Banco Bradesco, focusing on infrastructure visibility, automation, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and support ITOM modules : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Health.
  • Develop automation strategies using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestrator.
  • Collaborate with ITSM and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and service continuity.
  • Conduct workshops and roadmap sessions with stakeholders to align platform investments with business goals.
  • Monitor and improve CMDB accuracy, service visibility, and event correlation.
  • Lead platform upgrades and configuration of new features.

Required Skills :

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
  • Experience with SLO / SLI, DataDog, Azure, and cloud infrastructure monitoring.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), API integrations, and platform analytics.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management platforms (e.G., BMC, OpenText).

    • Certifications

  • CSA – Certified System Administrator
  • CIS ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping
  • Optional : CIS ITSM, DevOps, Cloud Security

    • Preferred Experience :

  • 2+ years in ITOM / ITSM consulting or delivery roles.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs (e.G., Petrobras, Bradesco).
  • Proven success in automation, infrastructure modernization, and CMDB optimization.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

    • Performance Indicators :

  • CMDB Health Score improvement (target : >

    • 90% accuracy).

  • Reduction in manual discovery and event noise.
  • SLA adherence and service reliability metrics (SLO / SLI).
  • Successful deployment of ITOM modules within agreed timelines.
