Descrição da vagaArchitect and prototype solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines . Lead by example in building scalable, modular AI systems integrated with cloud and microservices environments. Establish DataOps and MLOps best practices to ensure secure, efficient model deployment. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and experience optimization. Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and developers on best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation . Define and monitor AI performance metrics, testing frameworks, and validation processes. Establish internal standards for model reliability, interpretability, and fairness across enterprise use cases. 8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in AI / ML (LLM / Agent experience preferred). 3+ years in a leadership role, managing AI or data-focused teams. Proven experience deploying LLM-based or AI production systems . Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain . Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines , and vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS). Solid knowledge of data engineering, MLOps, CI / CD , and cloud environments (AWS preferred) . Experience with REST / GraphQL APIs and microservice architectures . English fluency (spoken and written). Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, ElizaOS). Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and AI safety standards. Prior experience integrating AI features into SaaS or industrial platforms . Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, or Data Science . Portuguese proficiency (preferred but not required).
