Presales Manager (team of x4 SE's)

Descrição da vagaLead and coach a regional Sales Engineering team, ensuring strong technical execution. Align team output with sales goals; oversee training, performance, and workload balancing. Support key deals as a senior technical expert, shaping proposals and guiding customers. Ensure high-quality responses to RFPs / RFIs and technical documentation. Collaborate with sales and product teams to share market feedback and drive improvement. Track and report on pre-sales activities; identify areas to improve win rates. Fluent in English At least 5+ years in the IT industry, including 3+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering. At least 3+ years in a technical leadership role managing Sales Engineers, Solution Consultants or Technical Account Managers Strong understanding of any form of cybersecurity , or backup, disaster recovery, and storage solutions. Solid knowledge of virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
