Job Description : Workday Technical developer

Location : Near-Shore (Brazil) or Off-Shore Employment Type : Contract / Flexible Resource Pool Work Schedule : Flexible hours with ability to scale during peak periods (e.g., Open Enrollment)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support across HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or custom solutions).
• Analyze business requirements , design solutions, configure systems, and develop integrations / scripts as needed.
• Support end-to-end testing , data migration, issue resolution, and user acceptance during peak cycles.
• Collaborate with onshore teams, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery leads.
• Rapidly onboard to new projects with minimal ramp-up time.
• Deliver high-quality documentation, including functional specs, technical designs, and test scripts.
