Our client is a dynamic company seeking to grow its client base and ensure long-term satisfaction. They value strong partnerships and are committed to providing excellent service and support.

What they offer :

  • Competitive pay : $1,700 - $2,000 USD / month (depending on experience)
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Central Standard Time (with a 1-hour lunch)
  • Location : 100% remote from Latin America
  • Great Benefits : 10 days PTO and US Holidays

About the role :

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, helping them grow their revenue, and ensuring they receive excellent service and support. Your day-to-day will involve regular communication with clients, problem-solving, and building strong professional relationships. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identifying growth opportunities and helping clients increase revenue
  • Handling day-to-day communications with professionalism and care
  • Data Entry
  • Performing audits on system data
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Working on other projects as assigned
  • Performing other related account manager duties as assigned
  • Key qualifications and skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Bilingual in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time hours
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy
  • Other preferred but not required qualifications :

  • Salesforce experience
