The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and IAM tools, ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise resources.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 Administration : - Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

• Team Telephony - Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.).
• Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.Identity & Access Management (IAM) : - Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications.
• Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
• ADFSSecurity & Compliance : - Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance and data protection policies.
• Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standardsKey Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and IAM.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 security features.
• Experience with IAM tools - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
