React Frontend Software Engineer

We're seeking a creative and skilled Frontend Software Engineer to design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our AI-6 platform. Your work will directly shape how users interact with complex AI capabilities, making sophisticated automation accessible and easy to use for global organizations.

About the Role

We’re looking for a React Frontend Software Engineer passionate about building exceptional web applications with modern technologies. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and iterating on the user-facing components of the BeyondRisk AI-6 platform. Working primarily with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), MUI, and Styled Components , you'll translate complex requirements and AI workflows into intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces. You’ll manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API , integrate seamlessly with backend RESTful APIs , and prioritize performance optimization (e.g., lazy loading) and web accessibility . You'll collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, backend engineers, product managers, and AI teams to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

This role is fully remote, based in Brazil. We embrace a flexible remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Maintain UIs : Build, test, and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Component Implementation : Utilize component libraries like MUI and implement custom components with Styled Components, ensuring visual consistency and reusability.
  • State Management : Manage complex application state effectively using Redux (with middleware like Thunk) or React's Context API.
  • API Integration : Consume backend RESTful APIs efficiently and manage data flow within the frontend application.
  • Performance Optimization : Implement techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering strategies to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Accessibility : Build interfaces adhering to web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure usability for all users.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with UI / UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs and collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to deliver features.
  • Code Quality & Testing : Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and tested code (experience with Jest / React Testing Library is a plus).
  • Browser Compatibility : Ensure consistent performance and appearance across major web browsers.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You :

  • Have Proven Frontend Experience : Several years building complex, interactive web applications in production environments, particularly with React.
  • Are Proficient in React & TypeScript : Possess a deep understanding of React (including Hooks, Context API) and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Have a Passion for UI / UX : Care deeply about creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Master Modern Frontend Tooling : Are comfortable with JavaScript (ES6+), CSS-in-JS (Styled Components), package managers (npm / yarn), and build tools.
  • Have Strong API Integration Skills : Are experienced in consuming RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous operations.
  • Are a Collaborative Team Player : Communicate effectively and enjoy working closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams.
  • Focus on Quality & Performance : Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Are Eager to Learn : Stay updated with the rapidly evolving frontend ecosystem.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record of building complex, interactive user interfaces for web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , and React (Hooks, Context API) .
  • Experience with component libraries ( MUI preferred ) and CSS-in-JS ( Styled Components preferred ).
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with state management libraries / patterns ( Redux / Thunk or Context API ).
  • Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs .
  • Good understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization) .
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) .
  • Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with version control using Git.
