Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Junior Business Development Representative. The representative will be responsible for inside sales, generating leads, and helping drive business development efforts, connecting with decision-makers in the AEC industry, sparking meaningful conversations, and helping firms discover how UpstartAEC can solve their most pressing challenges.
Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, making initial contact, nurturing relationships, and assisting the sales team in meeting business growth targets. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, learning from experienced sales professionals while developing your own career in business development.
