Responsibilities
Core Job Objective – Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining in-depth relationships with existing customers, and expanding strategic cooperation with ecosystem partners in the industry.
Market and Customer Development – Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the memory industry; identify business opportunities; create and execute tailored development plans.
Business Negotiation and Cooperation Promotion – Lead negotiations on pricing, order terms, delivery cycle, and payment methods; coordinate internal departments to deliver products on time and meet quality requirements.
Performance Achievement and Team Collaboration – Set sales targets for individuals and regions; ensure achievement of indicators; collect market feedback and transmit to relevant departments.
Ecosystem Partner Development – Build and maintain relationships with local SOC partners; promote AVL / PVL qualifications and joint marketing events.
Qualifications
Education – Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; familiarity with the memory industry.
Experience – 8 years or more of marketing and / or sales experience in the memory industry with proven development of key customers or major marketing goals.
Skills – Excellent business negotiation, communication, and customer relationship maintenance; strong market perception and business acumen; proficiency in Office software and data analysis.
Personal Qualities – Good professional ethics, honesty, reliability; strong teamwork spirit; quick learning ability and adaptability to fast-moving industry.
