Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Investment Advisors, guiding commercial strategy and approach to grow business and ensure suitability compliance.
• Provide productivity reports to senior leadership.
• Advise clients in your portfolio on investment matters using advisory recommendations, investor profile analysis, and lifecycle objectives.
• Work on portfolio diversification and new resource capture.
• Act as a hunter to acquire new investor clients, directing them to open accounts via agencies or digital channels.
• Conduct on‑site visits with portfolio clients at Santander branches or alternative venues, with a minimum of 3–4 visits per week, and attend events (travel may be required).
