Mission of the Role :
Due to growth & expansion of business in Brazil, CAC is looking to hire a seasoned professional who will be responsible for support and accelerate product registration and compliance activities in the Brazilian market , reporting to Registration manager in Brazil. The key objectives for this role are :
- Managing the submission, follow-up, and maintenance of product registrations in Brazil
- ensures compliance with national regulatory requirements (MAPA, IBAMA, ANVISA) and supports the company’s product launch plans in alignment with global and regional regulatory strategies.
Key Accountabilities :
Develop and execute registration strategies for Brazil in line with business priorities and product portfolioPrepare, compile, and submit registration dossiers for technical and formulated products in compliance with local regulatory requirementsCoordinate with external consultants, laboratories, manufacturers, and internal technical teams to ensure high-quality and complete submissions.Communicate with regulatory authorities (MAPA, IBAMA, ANVISA) through local partners or directly when required.Monitor progress of submissions, follow up on authority requests, and manage timelines to ensure efficient approval.Track and analyze updates in Brazilian and LATAM regulatory frameworks, assessing potential business impacts and advising management accordingly.Maintain accurate registration data and documentation archives to ensure full traceability and compliance.Provide regulatory support to commercial, marketing, and R&D teams regarding registration timelines, status, and compliance requirements.Support post-registration activities, such as renewals, label updates, and re-registration processes.Collaborate with global regulatory teams to align strategies and share best practices.Technical Knowledge and Skills :
Graduate in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or related fields.4 years of working experience in regulatory affairs or product registration within the agrochemical / crop protection industry.In-depth understanding of Brazil’s registration procedures and authorities : MAPA / IBMA / ANVISA and state authorities.Proven ability to manage multiple registration projects with strict timelinesStrong coordination and communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and Portuguese (mandatory for Brazil-based communication).Detail-oriented and capable of interpreting technical and scientific data.Nice-to-Have :
