This role requires proven expertise inGoHighLevel, Notion, AI, automations, and funnels , along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Position Overview

As a Systems Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our operations : creating, integrating, and optimizing systems so the business can run smoothly and scale quickly.You'll document processes, train team members, and serve as the go-to person for systems and technical improvements.

We're looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented who can turn complex processes into streamlined, automated systems.Key Responsibilities

1?? Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, and integrations.

2?? Create Notion dashboards and knowledge bases for the team.

3?? Design and maintain funnels and landing pages that convert.

4?? Implement AI tools to automate tasks and increase efficiency.

5?? Troubleshoot and improve existing systems for reliability and scale.

6?? Document processes and train team members on new systems.Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• ? 2+ years of proven experience withGoHighLevel— mandatory.
• ? Strong background inNotion(databases, dashboards, templates).
• ?Fluent and clear English— written and spoken.
• ? Must be able to work duringU.S.

Eastern Time (EST)business hours.

Strong Notion system design (databases, automations, templates).

Proficiency withZapier / Make / API integrations .

Familiarity withAI-based automations (OpenAI, chatbots, etc.) .
