In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing a team of sales representatives.

Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to expand our market presence and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.Key Responsibilities : Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to identify and penetrate new marketsDevelop tailored sales strategies to target potential clients effectivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficientlyAchieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to senior managementAnalyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategiesMaintain accurate records in the CRM system to track outreach effortsGenerate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-makingQualifications : 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management positionProficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM softwareAdvanced English skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to design and implement effective sales strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a teamAbout RYZ Labs : RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in
